Hi my name is Wadeaa (Eddie) Ibrahimm, Founder of Creative physical therapy care. I started my company in 2018. We are located in Rockland county, New York State. We provide in-home therapy to those who are unable to get outpatient therapy in a clinic. We accept most of the major insurances (Medicare, out of network private insurances, and out of pocket).
